Dr. Jiři graduated in Dentistry from the Charles University Medical Faculty, Prague. Prior to that he qualified as a lab technician, so has an in depth knowledge of materials and techniques for dental prosthetics. He is highly experienced in general and cosmetic dentistry. He has extensive experience in dental prosthetics, complex endodontic cases, and in preparation and undertaking of complex treatment plans.
Dr. Eric is from Seattle, Washington and graduated from the University of Washington Dental School in 2000. He also completed an additional residency in hospital dental care at the University Hospital in Seattle. His experience is focused on cosmetic dentistry and children's dentistry. Dr. Eric currently lives in Prague and consults to American Dental on cosmetic dental plans.
Dr. Jakub graduated in Dentistry from the Charles University 1st Medical Faculty, Prague in 2000. He opened his own practice in 2003 in his home town of Varnsdorf. Currently he is practicing at American Dental in Prague and studying his specialisation in Orthodontics at the Medical Faculty Hospital Královské Vinohrady in Prague.
Dr. Sonia graduated in Dentistry from the Charles University Medical Faculty, Hradec Králové.
Dr. Robert has 25 years of experience in dentistry. He is a graduate of the University of Glasgow in Dentistry and also in Pharmacology. Robert has spent most of his career practicing in England and has run his own private practice for many years. He is highly experienced in all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative work, prosthetics, children’s dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and complex treatment plans.
Dr. Radek performs dental surgery, implants, and bone augmentations for our patients. Dr. Pokorný graduated in Dentistry from the Charles University Medical Faculty, Prague, and completed his specialisation in Dental Surgery from Masaryk University Department of Oral Jaw and Facial Surgery, Brno. Currently, he also lectures dental hygienists at the Health College, Ústí nad Labem. Dr Pokorný is highly experienced in general dentistry, implantology and dental surgery.
Kamila is an experienced dental hygienist. She has several years of experience in private dental practices and has been American mentored and trained to provide the highest level of dental hygiene care. She will provide your routine hygiene and instruct you in your daily dental hygiene.
Klara is an experienced dental hygienist. She has been American mentored and trained to provide the highest level of dental hygiene care. She will provide your routine hygiene and instruct you in your daily dental hygiene.
Katka is a nurse with many years of experience with dental treatments. She ensures that patiens are comfortable and well looked after during their treatment.

Dr. Steve founded American Dental Associates in Prague in 2001, which first brought American style dentistry and dental hygiene to Prague. Dr. Pleickhardt is a 1985 graduate of Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington DC. He has practiced for over 22 years in the United States, Russia and Czech Republic and has focused on Cosmetic Dentistry including a strong knowledge of Implant Restorative Services. Recently he moved back to the U.S. and opened American Dental Associates in Gainesville, Virginia, see www.americandental-va.com. Currently Dr. Pleickhardt consults to the clinic on preparation of cosmetic dental plans and technical issues. He travels to Prague regularly.
